Located downstairs from the resort and built in 1878, the Court House Hotel is Port Douglas’ oldest and most famous hotel. For over a century locals and tourists alike have been visiting this iconic landmark for great food, cold drinks and a good time.  After many years of service, the Court House Hotel now features three bars, the Wharf St Bistro, the Coral Riches Gaming Room and a TAB.

The Wharf Street Bistro is known for serving up some of the best gourmet pub food in Port Douglas and is synonymous with great steaks. One of the three bars, the Public Bar, is where most people gather and provides the setting for many after work gatherings as well as being a favourite for tourists. Offering an abundance of outdoor seating it’s a great place to enjoy Ports’ perfect weather and ice-cold beer.

For something a bit more laid-back head to the Sunset Lounge which offers veranda seating and great views across Anzac Park and the ocean beyond. Here is the perfect place to sip on a tropical cocktail or with those amazing sunset views is a special place for weddings, birthdays or any other special event.
